For Vāta–Kapha aggravations in the urinary tract (mutravaha srotas): dysuria/burning, frequency, heaviness, sense of incomplete emptying; supports diuresis and pelvic/renal tone.

Dose & vehicle

2–3 tablets, 1–2× daily after food, with warm water.

Kapha-dominant cases: warm cumin–coriander infusion.

Vāta-dominant cases: warm water ± pinch of saindhava + cumin.

Usual course: 4–8 weeks, review and titrate to bala/agnī.
Cautions
Use under qualified supervision. Avoid in dehydration, active fever/bleeding, or if pregnant/lactating unless clinically justified. Use caution with concurrent diuretics or renal impairment; monitor fluids/electrolytes.
